Women's Ministry
The Women's Ministry, Legacy of Love, of FBC has as its goal to assist women in becoming devoted followers of Jesus Christ. It is designed to help women to see and understand the gifts and talents they have received from God and use them in their role in ministry. The Women's Ministry also uses events to provide an opportunity for women to be strengthened through the power of relationships.
CURRENT MINISTRIES:
Me, Myself and Lies - Jennifer Rothschild
In this six week Bible Study, Me Myself and Lies, Jennifer shares practically and helpfully from her own life and Scriptures to show how every woman can turn her words-and her life-around for good by encouraging them to clean out the junk in their thoughts and replace these the hidden negative thoughts and failures with truths from God's word! This Bible study is offered at two different times during the Summer of 2010. It will be offered on Tuesday evenings from 6:30-8:30 and on Thursday mornings from 9:30-11: 30, both in Room 221. The Tuesday evening class will be facilitated by Holly Hardin and the Thursday morning class will be facilitated by Mary Pharaoh. Both Bible studies will begin the week of June 14th and conclude the week of July 26th.
