Chancel Choir
The Chancel Choir is a main highlight of the worship ministry at FBC. It's the place to start to get involved in the music ministry. The choir is a group of "worship leaders" all dedicated to proclaiming His greatness!
Featured regularly on Sunday mornings and on the television broadcast, the choir plays a vital role in helping our worship ministry succeed. Additionally, the choir is the main attraction in the Permian Basin Christmas Celebration
and the Patriotic Celebration. In 2007 and 2008, the Chancel Choir has been on music mission trips to Alpine, Texas and Eunice, New Mexico.
Under the direction of Associate Pastor of Worship and Celebration, Curtis Brewer, since 1982, the Chancel Choir has also been the featured worship choir at the Southern Baptist Convention, Evangelism Conferences in Texas, and Lifeway Music Week at Glorieta, New Mexico.
For decades, the Chancel Choir has been one of the highlights of the services at FBC.
